Potato Kugel Ingredients
6 medium Potatoes
2 Onions; diced
2 Eggs; well beaten
1/2 c Matzo meal
1/4 c Fat
Salt and pepper; to taste Directions
Peel and grate potatoes quickly so they don't turn brown.
Squeeze out as much water as you can from potatoes. Add
the eggs and mix well. Add matzo meal and mix together.
Sauté onions until lightly browned. Add to batter, don't
drain off fat. Pour into greased pan. Bake into a
preheated 350 oven for 1 hour or until browned at the
edges. |
