Flourless Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
170 g (half bag) chocolate chips
3 egg whites
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup crushed almonds Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Melt the
chocolate in a microwave or using double boiler method and
let cool.
Whisk the egg whites and vanilla sugar till stiff. Add
the sugar gradually.
Add the melted chocolate and crushed almonds.
Spoon the cookies on a baking paper and bake for 15
minutes.
After the cookies have cooled, keep them refrigerated.
