Mother's Day
Salmon Rolls
Ingredients:
3 flour tortillas
100g cream cheese
2 heaped tsp horseradish relish
150g smoked salmon
lemon juice
Directions:
Lay the tortillas out on a board.
Mix the cream cheese and horseradish and spread thickly
onto each tortilla smoothing to the edges.
Top with the fish a tiny squeeze of lemon and a good
grinding of black pepper.
Roll up chill briefly then cut and eat.
Cut each roll into 7 to 8 pinwheels.
Serves: 6
