Father's Day
Lamb Burgers
Ingredients: 500g minced lamb
5 spring onions finely chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
75g Lancashire cheese grated Directions: Mix
the mince onions sauce and plenty
of salt and pepper then divide the mixture into four.
Split each piece in half and flatten the halves into
burgers.
Place a quarter of the cheese on top of one
burger then cover with another burger sealing the edges to
contain the cheese.
Repeat with the remaining meat and cheese. Chill for at
least 1 hour then barbecue for about 15 minutes turning
once. Serve in a bun with relish and salad.
