Roast Beef with Onion & Avocado Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 tsp. horseradish
4 slices Bread
6 oz. thinly sliced cooked lean roast beef
Thinly sliced red onion
Sliced ripe avocado (2 oz.)

Directions:

Spread horseradish on 2 slices bread.
Top with beef, onion, avocado and remaining bread.

Serves 2.
