Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
1 (1 lb., 13 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
TOPPING:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
Directions:
Heat sweet potatoes in syrup. Drain, whip and add other
ingredients. Put in casserole dish and top with sugar,
nuts and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
