Plum Cake
Ingredients:
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 oz. red cake coloring
2 sm. jars Gerbers plums with tapioca (baby food)
2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Place all ingredients except nuts in mixing bowl and
mix 5 minutes. Fold in nuts and bake in bundt or tube pan
for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. 1 c. powdered
sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice |
