Buttered Brussels with Almonds

Ingredients:
2 oz (50g) butter
2 oz (50g) flaked almonds
2 lb ( 900g) fresh, prepared or
1 ½ lb (675g) frozen Brussels sprouts
Directions:
1. Melt butter in small pan till foaming. Add almonds
and fry on low heat till golden brown-about 3 mins.
2. Cook sprouts in boiling water till just tender.
Drain Return to rinsed, dry pan with buttered almonds.
Toss till coated.
To serve, put into warmed serving dish.
Serves 6
